# Soom > Soom holds the buyer’s money in escrow until the account or username is fully handed over: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, gaming accounts and Telegram channels. Soom is an online marketplace for buying and selling digital accounts and usernames through escrow. The buyer pays Soom; the money is held and never reaches the seller before the buyer has received the account and secured it themselves, guided by an escrow agent. A protection period matched to each platform’s risk follows, and the seller is paid in stages. Sellers are identity-verified, every transfer step is backed by evidence, and any dispute freezes the money at once until a reasoned decision. ## Quick facts - Soom is an escrow service: the buyer’s money is held by Soom and reaches the seller only after delivery and the protection period. - The buyer changes the email, phone, password and 2FA themselves, guided by an escrow agent; every step is backed by evidence. - The protection period depends on the platform (up to 90 days); a dispute during it freezes the money at once. - Platforms currently supported: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page, Facebook personal profile, Snapchat, X (Twitter), YouTube channel, Telegram channel, Telegram group, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Call of Duty Mobile, Clash of Clans / Clash Royale (Supercell ID), Mobile Legends, Genshin Impact (HoYoverse), Roblox, Epic Games / Fortnite, Riot account (Valorant / LoL), EA account (EA SPORTS FC), Steam, PlayStation Network, Microsoft / Xbox account, Google Play app (app transfer), Google Play developer account, App Store app (app transfer), Apple Developer account, Google Ads account, Google AdSense account. - Soom never asks for your password, a verification code, or payment outside the platform. ## Key pages - [How escrow works](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/how-it-works): From paying into escrow to paying the seller: a guided handover with an agent, a protection period, and disputes that freeze the money at once. - [Fees](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/fees): The buyer’s escrow fee and the seller’s commission by level, itemised before you confirm. After the transfer steps are completed and verified, and the platform protection period ends. Some platforms allow a partial release at delivery. ### What if the seller reclaims the account? Open a dispute right away: funds are frozen, you are refunded if the reclaim is confirmed, the seller bond is forfeited and the account fingerprint is flagged. ### Is selling accounts allowed on every platform? Many platforms forbid it in their terms. We state this for each platform before you buy. Every platform is accepted with its own transfer method and a video-recorded handover; identity-bound accounts (such as AdSense) get strict controls and longer protection. ### How do I prove I own a username? Put a verification code we give you in your bio or display name, or use the official transfer when the platform supports it. ### Can I pay in my local currency? Yes. Your wallet holds accounts in several currencies and conversion happens automatically at an up-to-date rate. ### Is Soom a middleman or a seller? Soom is an escrow intermediary: it holds the money until the transfer is complete and verified. There is also the platform store, where Soom sells accounts it owns; every such listing says so. ### How long does a transfer take? Usually from minutes to a day, depending on the platform and transfer method. Every step has a clear deadline; if the seller does not start in time the order is cancelled and refunded automatically. ### Is my personal data safe? Yes. Documents and sign-in data are encrypted, buyers and sellers never see each other’s identity, and staff reach sensitive data only with a permission and a full audit trail. ### What do I receive when I buy an account? It depends on the transfer method: usually the sign-in and original email, or binding to your own account, with every recovery option moved to you. The full list is shown on the listing before you buy. ### Can I cancel a bid? No, a bid is binding. That is why a small deposit is sometimes required before bidding; it is returned if you do not win. ### How long does an offer stay valid? For the period shown when you make it; after that it expires automatically if the seller has not answered. ### Is posting a buy request free? Yes, posting a buy request is free; you pay only if you accept an offer and complete the order. ## Help articles - [What are the fees?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/fees): - [How do I enable two-factor authentication?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/enable-2fa): - [Why is my sign-in locked?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/account-locked): - [How do I sell an account?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/sell-an-account): - [Can I appeal a dispute decision?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/dispute-decision-appeal): - [How do I verify my identity?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/verify-identity): - [What are the verification levels?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/kyc-levels): - [How is a username handed to the buyer?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/username-transfer): - [How do auctions work?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/how-auctions-work): - [How do I make an offer?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/make-an-offer): - [What are buy requests?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/wanted-requests): - [What is the anti-phishing code?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/anti-phishing-code): - [Why do I have to approve a new device?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/new-device-approval): - [I lost access to my account, what do I do?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/account-recovery): - [How do I see the devices signed in to my account?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/active-sessions): - [What are transfer methods?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/transfer-methods): - [Why is a handover video required?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/handover-video): - [How does escrow work?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/how-escrow-works): Where your money goes from payment until the seller is paid. - [What is the protection period and why does it vary?](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/protection-period): Why money stays held after delivery. - [Buying your first account, step by step](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/buy-first-account): From search to a safe handover. - [Offers and auctions](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/offers-and-auctions): Negotiate or bid without risk. - [Publishing your first listing](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/sell-first-listing): What you need before publishing and how listings are reviewed. - [Proving username ownership](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/prove-username-ownership): No handle is listed without proof. - [Selling directly to the platform](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/sell-to-platform): A quote within hours, no buyer needed. - [The multi-currency wallet](http://soom.yunes.dev/en/help/wallet-and-currencies): One balance per currency, automatic conversion. ## Contact - support@example.com - http://soom.yunes.dev/en/contact ## Optional - [Full text](http://soom.yunes.dev/llms-full.txt) - [Sitemap](http://soom.yunes.dev/sitemap.xml) - [Other languages: ar](http://soom.yunes.dev/ar/llms.txt) - [Other languages: fr](http://soom.yunes.dev/fr/llms.txt)
