Soom is a neutral escrow marketplace for accounts and usernames: every deal documented and protected, siding with neither buyer nor seller.

Soom started in 2023 with one idea: real escrow instead of a middleman’s promise. We researched transfer methods for 25+ platforms from their official sources, then added a risk engine and face-scan identity checks. Our values: neutrality (reasoned, reviewed decisions), security that steps in only when something looks wrong, full transparency on fees and steps, and knowledge built on each platform’s official sources.
