Account Holder role transfer (organization memberships)

Official for organization memberships: the Account Holder role moves to the buyer. The legal entity stays the same unless it is transferred too.

  1. Declare the original email, purchase history and every linked login
  2. Confirm it is an organization membership (individual ones cannot transfer) and all agreements are accepted
  3. Invite the buyer's Apple ID as Admin
  4. Accept the invite
  5. Transfer the Account Holder role to the buyer
  6. Accept the role and complete Apple's identity verification
  7. Remove the seller and every seller-side team member
  8. Move the legal entity / update D-U-N-S through Apple support if the deal includes it
  9. Agent reviews every security page and confirms the handover
  10. Buyer confirms full control of the account
  11. Re-prove ownership at every checkpoint of the protection period
