Why withdrawals sometimes pause for 24h.

Withdrawals go only to approved payout accounts. A new payout account becomes usable after 24 hours. After a password or 2FA change withdrawals pause for 24 hours, and 48 hours after an email change. This protects you if your account is stolen.
